We are always happy to assist you with inquiries related to our themes.

Support Limitations

Our support includes common theme-related issues — bug fixes and basic usage — throughout our forum. Support does not include installation of the theme, WordPress consultation, plugins integration, or theme customization beyond the basic programming.
Nice Themes support is available to members and customers Monday through Friday. (We may not always be available on some holidays, however.)

Channels

We only provide support via forums. We will not provide any support via Facebook, Twitter, or email. We may request you to e-mail us additional details in order to protect your secure data.

WordPress Support

We are not able to provide general WordPress support unrelated to Nice Themes. For help with general WordPress issues, go to www.wordpress.org/support.
