3. Product Compatibility

Our product’s minimal requirements are the same as WordPress. Our commitment is to be up-to-date with the latest version of WordPress. We create themes that support all modern Web browsers including (but not limited to) Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari (PC and Mac), and Internet Explorer 8.

4. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Nice Themes. Our products are provided “as-is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or other losses arising from the use of, or inability to use our products.

5. Refund Policy

Since we are offering non-tangible, irrevocable, digital goods, we do not issue refunds after any purchase is made, which you are responsible for understanding once you register at our site. If any purchased product does not work as intended and disclosed, we do our best to resolve the problem.

6. Support

We offer products that are sold “as is,” with no implied meaning that they will function in any way other than promised or with all third-party components and plugins. We give support to our customers for our products through a special channel. We offer no support via email/Twitter/Facebook for installation, customization, or administration of WordPress itself.

8. Warranty

Nice Themes does not warranty or guarantee these templates in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all third-party components, plugins, or Web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. It is up to you to ensure that the browsers you use will work with the templates. We cannot guarantee that Nice Themes templates will work with all browser combinations.
