Hi Ricardo,

I have a suggestion with regard the appointment form widget. We’re seeing a lot of multiple submissions on client’s websites because people (somehow) miss the “Thank you for leaving a message.” that appears after submission, so they don’t think they’ve submitted the form and simply click the “Submit” button again. Functionally it would probably work better if:

a) the submit button disappeared or at least deactivated after submission
b) the “Thank you for leaving a message.” text replaced the button, was maybe larger / bolder, centred and possibly even “flashed” once red to catch the user’s eye?

Your thoughts?

Thanks a lot for your feedback. It’s always helpful to hear what our users think, and we really appreciate when they take the time to let us know 🙂

We’ll look into this, and try to improve the appointment form behavior for the next release. We like your ideas and we’ve taken note of them, but we want to be very careful when implementing them, because just disabling the submit button would be an annoyance for users who want to send two or more different forms.
