Article sub category cant be clicked on home page

I am having the following problem,
In the home page, in the article part, the subcategory of articles can not be opened, when clicked it opens the main category of the article, but not the subcategory.
Can you help?

I went to your site and see that you’re not currently using a knowledge base page with subcategories, on what page can I check that?
Would you please try replacing the file /flatbase/includes/functions.php with this new one?
