Hey! We can’t figure out how to Sort articles on Home Page (https://help.slickpic.com)
and inside Categories. Maybe there is some PHP code or plugin which can help us with custom sort order?
Right now we trying to sort all articles by their names, so we numbered all articles. But we would like to sort them in custom sort order.

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you are doing well.

The knowledgebase actually use the “menu order” to give an order to the articles. That way you can directly set a numeric value to each article and choose which one to display first.

If you don’t get to see the “Order” box when creating/editing an article, make sure that you click the “Screen options” toggle at the top right part of the page and select to display it.

If you want to change the order and do it by date, or alphabetically, then you can also add a function like this one to the functions.php file:
