Back color of Pre Footer

How can I change background color of Pre Footer?
No.5 area in the following:

Hi,
Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.
The pre-footer widget area is considered to be part of the body so it has the same background as the body. In terms of customization it doesn’t have a specific option, but If you want to customize it adding custom CSS you can add the following:
```
.pre-footer-widgets {
    background-color: tomato;
}
```
Please pick your color and replace tomato with it.
