Hi,

I had a look through the articles, but couldn’t find a specific solution.

I’m wanting to remove the pre-footer on the Site that says “Flatbase, the perfect WordPress theme to provide Support and interact with your customers.

I can customize the widget, but only see the footers (Social, Helpful Links & Join Partly).

Was there something I’m missing?

Thank you for reaching out! I hope you’re doing well.

That’s called “call to action” and can be customized by going to Theme Options > Design & Styles > Call to action.

If you want to hide that section you can remove the content directly.
