I am trying to install the classic demo, all the requirements are met, but I get the error: Something went wrong, refresh this page.

What could be the issue?

I read the post you mentioned. Disabled mod_security and still the same error.

I am not being able to install with the XML as I can’t find the flatbase classic demo…

All per-requisites are also met when I go to install the demo. So no idea what could be wrong.

I could provide server access too, as that site is all there is there, and nothing is done yet.

I managed to install the demo content by disabling every security feature a website could have (horrible to make an installation dependent on server security… cloudflare, mod_security, SSL, everything).

Now, I can’t edit the theme in any way, as the save changes button in the options page does NOTHING! The loading animation keeps spinning and nothing else happens. Even with all the security disabled.

I urge you to test it yourselves with the login I provided you, if the issues continue, I rather get a refund.

Thank you for the follow-up and sorry for the delayed response. There are many of those things that are not required, and the demo importer does remote requests, so maybe that was the reason.

It sounds like you’re having JS conflicts, would you please send me your site access details in a private reply so I can take a look?
