Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.

I have tested the demo site over a LED TV with full HD resolution and the menu is there. When I go and test your site I can see the menu is there too, but that it is displaying the mobile menu instead of the regular menu. https://cloudup.com/ca972PdyN59

Have you done any type of customization over the theme’s CSS? Do you have any screenshot of how it sees for you?
