I have created two Gallery pages using the BBQ theme, but I have no idea how to configure the galleries themselves. Where is this info?

Hello,

The gallery template make use of the images associated to that specific page.

In order to attach images to that gallery you need to use the Page mediauploader ( The “Add Media” button below the title in the page form ), choosing as many pictures as you want from your hard drive. You can edit the information for the images and the template will make the magic happen.
