ERROR 1. The header is always in FULL WIDTH. Yes l already unticked this option but it doesnt change

ERROR 2.. I don’t want the date icon in the posts anywhere. I selected TEXT ONLY. But date icon remains there and it doesnt change.

ERROR3. I don’t want the Author icon in the posts anywhere. Where is this option?

ERROR4. I would like the Author and Date to be on the same line and not underneath each other. So l selected IN LINE. But nothing happens. None of these options change anything.

ERROR5. I only have 5 posts on the homepage. It takes 8 seconds to load this website. Inbetween pages it is also the same. It scored terribly on google page speed and pingdom. I have super fast internet connection. No issues with 4 other sites on my host server. Host is Siteground.

Thank you.

1. The header option has different places where it can be set:

Theme Options > Header > Layout General setting, this one will be used if it’s set as inherit in any other place.
Theme Options > Layout > Posts > Header General layout for posts, this option can be overridden on a post basis.
Theme Options > Layout > Pages > Header General layout for pages, this option can be overridden on a page basis.

Then when editing/creating a post/page you have the Header option for that page/post, ultimately if this isn’t set to inherit it’ll be the value that is taken. You have many pages and posts on your site. Where do you see it full width and it shouldn’t be?

2. Please send me a link of the post you see the date icon. I’m checking “Viberg. Trucker Hat | Made In Canada” and cannot see it.

3. The same as #2, can you point me to one page where you see that?

4. The same as #1 and #2, can you point me to one page where you see that?

And also:

For Smart, we recommend having all your options for Images, CSS and JavaScript turned on in Theme Settings > Performance.

For page cache, WP Fastest Cache should be fine. However, we recommend W3 Total Cache (https://wordpress.org/plugins/w3-total-cache/), since it’s been largely tested with our themes.
