Hi,

I have just installed a fresh copy of WordPress and deployed your modern theme.

There are only 2 plugins installed: bbPress & Classic Editor.

Nothing else is installed.

When I go to Appearance -> Customize and click on Flatbase Settings -> Home Options and edit the Live Search & Welcome Message and publish the changes nothing happens to the homepage.

Also the copyright and Call to Action changes don’t save either.

In fact, nothing I do in the customise section makes any difference. The live preview refreshes but shows old content.

Why is that?

Hi,

Don’t worry, I’ve solved it. First the product must be licensed from the Product Registration option of the Flatbase menu on the top left.

Then I had to use that to edit the homepage instead of the Appearance -> Customise.

All sorted now so this issue can be marked as solved.
