How to create sidebar similar to docs.digitialocean.com support site

Hi Juan,
I want to create a layout similar to this :-
https://docs.digitalocean.com/products/
I want diff sections on the left sidebar for various “topics” for user support, products etc. … is this possible?
I’m WP noob
