Hi,
Thank you for the follow-up.
The problems are related to your server configuration, the permalinks configuration and not the theme itself. I’d recommend you to re-check your permalinks settings and avoid using plain permalinks. Secondly, please be sure that your .htaccess file is writable for WordPress to be able to make the changes.
