We are unable to create a new page following the instructions in the documentation. Specifically, when we click the Publish button we see “Publishing Failed”. We are using WordPress 5.2.2 with the Gutenberg editor on a SiteGround server. The only info in the debug log is

PHP Notice: Undefined index: flatbase in /home/ssecrets/subdomains/knowledge/wp-content/themes/flatbase/engine/admin/classes/class-nice-theme-updater.php on line 510

Also, our site is behind basic authentication. Please contact me directly for the username and password to get past the basic auth.

Fixed it myself. This theme does not support the Gutenberg editor. You might want to call this out on Themeforest so users know before purchasing. In our case it’s not an issue but it might be for others going forward.
