Support license does not match?!

I purchased a license. The license key is 9cb64102-bc18-471f-ae88-1b1c3a539047. When I enter it into my theme registration, i get the message “License keys do not match.”
They should match. And what does this mean anyway??? I can’t register and your support is terrible!

The code you have shared is the purchase code from ThemeForest; with that code you were able to register the order and generate the license key. You can read more about this process here: https://nicethemes.com/article/how-to-get-your-license-key/
If you go to your “Orders” page, you will be able to see the products for which you have an order, and there’s a column to get the license keys. That license key is the one you have to copy and paste to your WordPress admin.
