Theme upload trouble

When I try to upload the theme, on WordPress, it only says ‘”please contact support”. The theme doesn’t work and I don’t have any clue to understand the problem.

Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.
That sounds pretty strange. I couldn’t log in to your WordPress dashboard, are you using any plugin to change the wp-admin login?
Are you trying to upload the theme zip? or the entire package?
