Dear support,

I already install Flatbase theme to my new wordpress website, but after activate it my website frontned said “There has been a critical error on this website.”

when i switch off to a regular theme, its back to normal. so it must by Flatbase theme. can you have a look and give me suggestion to fix it

Do you have access to the PHP error log by any chance? Can you send what you find there or ask your hosting provider in case you don’t know how to get that?

I am using 8.0.11 PHP version on my vps

are this theme have a problem with thats version?

There shouldn’t be problems with this version. Can you please send us the PHP error log so that we can visualize if there’s any error strictly related to the theme?
