Unable to enable auto updates

  • We have registered with the license key – it shows

    “Thanks for registering your product! You will now have access to one-click updates and support.”

    But it’s not enabled still.

    You already have your license key and you entered and saved the value on “Flatbase > Product registration”?

    Hi,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    When did you installed the theme and framework? It’s quite likely that you’re on a version that had a specific problem with that and required a manual update (updating via FTP for example). After that the issue was resolved. Would you please check that?
