Dear support,

I purchased your theme, never request help and I just realized the 6 months has past. I have been trying to update the theme and I am concern about having a conflict without your support. I am trying to understand the reason I am not able to update. Is there any link from your tutorial explaining how to update framework without conflicts? Can you help me out?

I am getting this error message:

Hi,

Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.

It seems that your themes directory doesn’t have permissions to make the update.

I’d recommend you to change the theme folder permission (recursively) to 755 and try again.

Another option (if you haven’t done changes to the theme files) is download the ZIP again (make a backup of what you currently have on your server) and upload the new version that contains the new framework.
