    Hi,

Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.

It seems that there’s some conflict between your server configuration and the Nice Infoboxes plugin. In order to get control of your site again I’d recommend you to do the following:

    – Get the FTP access.
    – Connect to your server.
    – Go to /wp-content/plugins/
    – Erase the /nice-infoboxes folder

We’ll be testing and checking what can be causing the conflict.

    Thanks for your patience.

    Best,
    Juan

    Hi,

Thank you for your patience. We’ve been reviewing this issue yesterday and we’ve released new versions of the plugins that were causing this problem.

My recommendation would be to deactivate these plugins (Nice Infoboxes, Nice Portfolio, etc) that were causing trouble, update them and reactivate. In case you cannot deactivate them because you still get the errors I recommend you to erase them like I described in my previous message.

    Best,
    Juan
