  • Great theme – thanks!
I purchased this from Envato and am just getting the client web site set up

My client’s hours of operation are from 9AM to 2AM each day

Is there any way to make the hours of operation table display these times correctly?
Can the contact page be modified to remove the hours of operation or is there maybe a way to remove the widget and manually enter the hours as block of text?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for your kind words.

You can config your hours to 9AM to 2AM.

All you need to do is pick the hours. It’s not important the order when you are picking the hours. So, in your particular case (9am – 2am)

    – you first pick 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 at the top
    – scroll down, and pick 09:00 onwards

(on windows ctrl + click, on mac cmd + click)

The script is prepared to manage midnight in the sense that you can pick the last item 24:30 and then pick 1:00 and it’ll be considered as the same time block.

By modifying that, your business hours will be displaying correctly.

    Best,
    Juan.

    Juan,

Thanks – I must be missing something with the way you are describing how to set the times up correctly

When I click on the times as you mention above, I am getting multiple time blocks for each day as follows – for example, when I first select the 2:00 AM time and then select the 9:00 AM time in the Monday admin area, the times for Monday end up displaying like this:

    02:00 AM — 02:00 AM
    09:00 AM — 12:00 AM

What I need is for the hours to display as follows:
    09:00 AM — 02:00 AM

    Sorry for the confusion

    Hi There,

Thanks for writing back. I’ve been through your site and you’re only picking two values: 2:00 and 9:00

What you need to do is make a multiple selection. That way you’ll be defining the time block.

To make a multiple selection you need to press ctrl + click on windows, and cmd + click on mac. For example, if you want to set your hours from 10:00 to 12:00 – you need to pick all the hours between the two limits. That would be holding ctrl on windows, cmd on mac and clicking over 10:00, 10:30, 11:00, 11:30, 12:00.

In your specific case that your business (or your clients) hours end after midnight, you need to pick the values of the same day, passed 24:00. This might be confusing because the hours after midnight are at the top of the list.

So, in your particular case (9:00am – 2:00am)

    – you first pick 1:00, 1:30, 2:00 at the top (holding ctrl or cmd, depending on your OS)
    – scroll down, and pick 09:00 onwards (holding ctrl or cmd, depending on your OS)

Let me know if this cleared up things a bit.

    Best,
    Juan.

    Juan,

AH HA – that did the trick and so sorry for the confusion on my end

    No problem 🙂

We made it that way, for businesses that need to set up more than one block per day.

    Best,
    Juan.
