BBQ Slider Image – Height and Load

Hi there! Great theme.
Slider image on homepage has two issues.
1. The image does not load. I am using a temporary URL via WordPress Install on Bluehost, and there is a tilde in the image url. This may be the only problem with it, but I want to be sure before I go live. Please advise.
2. The images I am uploading are 940×290, however the URL rewrites the image to a completely different size:
scotch-bar.jpg&w=956&h=400&q=90&a=c” class=””The blank spot where the image should be on the home page is massive.
3. I have changed the height in the flexslider script header.php, both places.
4. Permissions of bbq/cache are set to 777.
Thoughts?

Thanks for writing and thanks for your kind words.
With regards to your image problem, our theme use a third party script for managing images called timthumb that has some known issues with sites having tilde in their URL.
Please, send me an email to support@nicethemes.com containing your FTP information so I can put a modified version of that script that solve that problem.
