Image dimension and foot page on my blog page

Dear Juan,
I usually use Firefox, BBQ design works very well. Good job !
But when i use IE, my blog page has two problems :
– images are too bigs. But when I pass my mouse over, size becomes automatically correct …
– background of foot page in grey color is limited concerning width. It’s ok for all others pages but not this one …
Could you please help me for these 2 points.
