Cannot add "Food Categories" to the Navigation Bar

Hi,
I cannot find the Food Categories in my appearance -> menu list, they are simply not there. Does Anyone know where i can find them and add them?

Hello there,
Thanks for writing, when in the Navigation Menu editor check the right top part of the screen. There you’ll see a button that says “Screen Options”. Make sure “Menu Categories” is checked, and for sure it’ll appear in your Appearance > Menu list.
