Images are not displayed

Hi,
I created a cache folder in my theme (because didn’t exist), I put 777 permissions, but the images doesn’t appears… Why..?

Hi,
Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
The folder you need to have in order to upload images is /wp-content/uploads/, any cache folder would be related to cache plugins. Please have in mind that WordPress doesn’t come with cache handlers by default.
Do you get to see the images in the admin section when you upload them?
