I’d like to have two separate knowledge bases on my home page, like if there was a another section bellow the original one, but with different articles. Also, both of the knowledge bases would need a respective title too. Would that be possible? If so, how can it be done?

Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
That’s not possible via options nor configuration. The only way to achieve that would be going directly to the code and modifying the home page template in a child theme, and also creating the proper article categories hierarchy in order to have two different knowledge bases parent categories. Unfortunately we cannot provide support on customizations.
