Installing demo always failed

Thank you for the follow-up. Everything seems alright and the demo should be importing. Perhaps you had an internet connection micro-cut while importing and the process ended abruptly.
Would you please share your log in details with me in a private reply so I can take a look and try it out? (I’m trying to log in with the ones you’ve sent when creating the ticket but they are incorrect).

After a few attempts, the demo was installed correctly. You can see it live on your site now.
However, we will continue investigating this issue. Your server was responding with a 500 response when trying to import some contents, so If you please can send us the error_log so we can check what could be going wrong it will be highly appreciated.
