Logo not saving

I keep replacing the site logo and saving… but it doesn’t save. It reverts back to the logo that came with the demo. Looks like my framework is up to date. How can I fix this?

Thanks for writing. I hope you are doing well.
That sounds strange. Are you using any plugin that may be causing some JS conflict in the back end?
Would you please share your site access details with me in a private reply so I can take a look at your site admin panel?

Nope, just the plugins that came with the theme.
