Knowledge base on home page and actual page not working

I have tried to search the forum, and could not find a solution to the issue that my knowledge base section is not showing the categories or posts under it.
I appreciate your time and attention to resolving this.

Hi,
Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
I’ve visited your site admin and I could see that you haven’t created any article, that’s the reason why the knowledge base is empty.
The Knowledge Base list all the articles, organized by the categories you create.
