Switch Flatbase from Classic to Modern

I feel like I am being really stupid but how do I switch the theme between the classic and the modern style?

Hi,
Thank you for writing, I hope you are doing well.
The modern style is a demo that can be imported by going to the “Import Demos” screen. Do you already have content on your site?
Perhaps you could only import the theme options file: https://cloudup.com/cYPnWZa6SWo – You’ll need to go to the theme options panel > find the “Import/Export” link beside the “Save Changes” button and then import the json file. Please have in mind that this process won’t be importing images.
