Login format looks poor

So the default login page for this theme looks pretty poor unless there is an issue with this element on my site. This is what it looks like, the “Username” and “Password” fields are below rather than above, the “Remember Me” button is on the same line as Log in, and the Log in button doesn’t really fit with the rest of the theme.

I don’t understand where is that you see that login form. I only see the WordPress login page with the link you’ve sent me.
