Adding movie as a background

I’m strying to set movie as a background (I’ve put all 3 formats of video files) but when I’m doing it some huge blank spaces appears around the background movie – you need to scroll fes seconds to see the movie. You know what’s happened?

You’ve added that to a row? Please have in mind that the videos are usually big in terms of weight, and they take more time to load.
