Hello again form BoutiqueHomes,
I have a question where I wonder if you can guide me:We want to use your helpdesk theme to create a private internal helpdesk for our staff, just like this sample:
but, because there will be some sensitive information regarding our audience at http://boutique-homes.com (travelers and property owners) we would like to keep it private (meaning not accessible publicly.
Right now, if we create articles like in the sample, in order to be indexed and therefore show in the “search tool”, they need to be published publicly.
And we’re wondering if there is a way in your theme to avoid that, so articles can be hidden to anybody that is not registered as a user but still show as results when looking for them in the search tool by logged in users.If there’s no solution inside your theme, would you know of any plugin that works fine with it to obtain the results we’re looking for?

That functionality can be added by using a plugin. For example, if you want to restrict the knowledge base only to registered users you can use something like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/restricted-site-access/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-content/
