I just have 2 quick questions, how can I tweak the sidebar of “http://demo.nicethemes.com/flatbase/classic/2014/03/21/a-knowledge-base-theme/” to only include Recent Posts, Recent Comments and Social Media buttons?
How can I hide “Website” under the comment input box?

The sidebar can be customized by using Widgets. Are you familiar with them? You can read a super explanatory tutorial about widgets here: https://www.wpbeginner.com/glossary/widgets/
With regards to hiding the “website” input on the comments form, you can either do it manually or install a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disable-hide-comment-url/
