Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
Are you running the latest version of the theme?
Would you please add the following custom CSS:
@media all and (max-width: 767px) { .nice_row-inner, .vc_inner, .row-inner { display: block; } .background-inner:empty { display: initial !important; } }

Juanwaqarwiki November 3, 2018 at 1:43 pmHi- Juan,
I am using the latest version of the theme (Smart Child Version 1.0.0).
I have added the css you asked me to update on 767 media query.
@media all and (max-width: 767px) {
.nice_row-inner, .vc_inner, .row-inner {
display: block;
}
.background-inner:empty {
display: initial !important;
}
}And this is still happening and even more things are broken, please look into it and let me know, how to fix this?
Thank you,

WaqarJuanfra Aldasoro November 6, 2018 at 9:24 amHi Waqar,
I hope you’re doing well. Sorry for the delay.
I just visited your site and it seems that the child theme stylesheet is empty, did you remove the styles over there? http://esalawyers.ca/dev/wp-content/themes/Smart%20Theme/smart-child/style.css?ver=4.9.8

Juan.waqarwiki November 6, 2018 at 3:54 pmHi,
Juan- I didn’t removed any style from any style sheet. I have written my own style instead. If as the style sheet is empty then how can we fix this? Do you think this is the reason, Layout isn’t displaying properly in Safari?Please Advice.
Thanks,
WaqarJuanfra Aldasoro November 7, 2018 at 4:48 pmHi Waqar,
Thanks for the follow-up.
Where have you written your own styles? And where have you added the code I sent you?
If you have changed the theme styles it is quite likely that is actually the reason why you don’t get to see it the same way in the different browsers.

Juan.waqarwiki November 7, 2018 at 5:56 pmHello,
Juan- I have written my styling in WordPress Customizing additional Css section. So the url displaying for this one is /wp-admin/customize.php i have added your requested css (on mdeia query 767px) there, as well. Let me know. If you want me to place my css somewhere else, if it shouldn’t be there.Thanks,
WaqarJuanfra Aldasoro November 8, 2018 at 9:38 amHi,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Can you please add it to the custom CSS section or to the child theme stylesheet?
I’ve seen you also have a smart slider plugin running. If you use the site without that plugin installed is it still happening?

Juan.Juanfra Aldasoro November 9, 2018 at 9:43 amHi,
Thank you for the follow-up.
If I go to your home page and I inspect the HTML I see that in safari the
background-image: url();
Is empty for the “background-inner” div who should be showing the image. Have you checked that you have your image well configured for that block? It would be helpful if you could share the FTP details.
