Erro to Install Theme

Hello, I really liked the theme and I decided to buy, but every time I tried to install give an HTTP ERROR 500 error ….
I installed an old version and it worked …. the problem is with the update … something with the “engine” folder.
I have tried in all ways, via ftp, via install, delete the theme, do locally and always give the same error
Could you help me?

What zip are you using when you try to install the theme?
Do you get any other info on the error log or in the screen? That could help us to determine the origin of the problem.
