No icon on the "back to top" button

Hi,
I have a problem witch icons: on “back to top” button and in slides arrows “right” and “left” icon does not appear. Maybe it’s a bigger problem with font awesome on my website?

Thank you for reaching out. I hope you’re doing well.
Can you please send me your site access details in a private reply. That way I can take a look. It might be a conflict with another plugin using FontAwesome, or something similar.
