Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well.
The code that you get from ThemeForest is the “purchase key”. With that purchase key, you need to register your purchase and get a license key: https://nicethemes.com/article/how-to-get-your-license-key/
Once you register your purchase and get your license key, you can grab that info from your orders page and use that code in your WordPress dashboard https://nicethemes.com/dashboard/orders/
Once you have the theme registration done, you should be able to import the demos.
