Redirecting

Hello Team,
I am using your Flatbase theme and in this, i have installed the “Betterdoc” plugin so when i click to view the article details page it redirects to the home page. Can you please fix this issue? When i change to another theme then its works.

Hello Support,
When i activate the child theme then i face some errors from the parent theme.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I hope you’re doing well. Where can I see one of the redirections on your page? From what I can see, betterdocs is a knowledgebase plugin?
With regards to the child theme, what errors are you facing? Can you please share them?
