Appointment form is not working

Hi I purchased your theme through Theme forest, after I finished all the setup for some reason I cant receive emails from the “appointment form” at the home page. Can you please help?

Hi,
Some websites require additional configuration to be able to send emails, since most hosting providers don’t come with PHP email functionalities enabled by default. I’d suggest to try some plugin to manage this, such as WP Mail SMTP.
