  • Sorry, I’m not seeing that email yet or download file in my acct for the BBQ demo content… Also, there was no way to reopen the thread at the top of the post, as the info bar suggests. Many thanks tho in advance 🙂

    Weird. There are no messages in spam or trash so gmail has not arrested any messages from you, and my account is correctly linked to get notifications there, so I can’t imagine what’s happening. I’d say check to be sure the middle initial “d” is in my email address, but you’re using what’s supplied in the system so that’s n/a… Never had this issue with gmail in all these years, so it’s very peculiar… sorry to be a pain :-/

    Yes, I’ve seen the middle initial when revising again – But it’s fine, I copied your email as it was from our database.

    I’ve sent it again now.

    Please if you don’t get it, there’s a possibility you might inserted a wrong address when registering (maybe a typo) and I’m sending it to that address. In that case, send me an email to support@nicethemes.com and I’ll happily reply with the information.
