Custom Color and Menu Order not Responding

The custom color I chose works in the buttons and in other parts of the site, but not in the menu. Also, my menu is not reordering to the way I set it up on the appearance>menus page from the admin panel.

I didn’t check which menu I was using in the admin panel. My mistake, It is working now.
