We have 2 different software products and I was hoping that by having categories properly categorized I could effectively make 2 knowledgebases (one for each of our products). It appears however that when I make the page template for “knowledgebase” it essentially always shows all knowledgebase articles. Is there a way to filter which categories show on a page that is designed to be a knowledgebase just for one of 2 products?

At this moment you can create a regular page for each category and use the following shortcode:
[nicethemes_knowledgebase category=32]
32 would be the ID of the article-category that you would like to display.
