Problems with ReDi Restaurant Reservation plugin

When I had pure installation of WordPress and default theme I have installed ReDi Restaurant Reservation plugin and everything works fine.
When I have installed BBQ theme, plugin started to render on top of all. When I look into the source, i can see that plugin content is rendered into head, instead of body.
Could you help to resolve it?

Thanks for writing 🙂
We’ve never used that plugin. I’ve seen you’re one of the authors, right? Are you using a hook to display the plugin content? How are you managing that?

Juan.catkin March 2, 2013 at 5:43 pmHi,
Thank you for quick reply. Yes, I’m one of the authors of this plugin and one of our users raised this problem. Trying to resolve it.
In order to show plugin content we use add_shortcode function with name redirestaurant.
This name is added to page and processed by WordPress.
Once processed it’s replaced with plugin content. Can I ask you to install that plugin and get your help on this?
Juanfra Aldasoro March 2, 2013 at 10:48 pmHey there,
I’ve installed your plugin on a local copy of BBQ and I had no problem at all. The “Reservation” page was created and the form was there -> http://i.imgur.com/Ub6BtI1.png
From what I’ve seen on the screenshot you sent me, you’re running the shortcode on the home page template. I don’t know what to say because it’s my first approach to your plugin using BBQ, and everything went well. Maybe you can try with deactivating and activating the plugin again, and checking that the shortcode is used on a regular page.

Juan.catkin March 2, 2013 at 10:54 pmI have found one potential block that may affect and removed it. Looks like it works now. Thank you very much for checking. Looking forward to see my plugin bind in your theme some day 🙂
Juanfra Aldasoro March 2, 2013 at 10:56 pmNo worries 🙂
Sounds good – let’s stay in touch.
Best,
Juan.
