  • Hi there,

    The main menu icon is not on the good position both in pad view and mobile view. (vertical alignment)

    Appreciated if you advice me how to fix it.

    Regards,

    Sean

    Hello,

    Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.

    Have you changed/added any CSS?

    Best,
    Juan.

    I don’t think so. Is there any reset method? Thanks.

    Regards,

    Sean

    Hi,

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    Are you using any plugins that can be adding any other CSS that may be generating conflicts with that? Perhaps you can start deactivating those plugins and check if there’s a conflict with any of them.

    What do you mean by reset method?

    Best,
    Juan

    Thanks for your suggestion. It still not works even I’ve deactivate all plugins.

    Reset means refresh all configuration to original setting of Flatbase CSS. To be honest, I’m not sure I didn’t touch anything I should not touch.

    Regards,

    Sean

    Hello Sean,

    Thank you for the follow-up and the details. It seems that the theme hasn’t been uploaded correctly. If you check the options page you’ll see that the styles are not being displayed correctly.

    Please try uploading the theme again.

    Plus, you have empty spaces that shouldn’t be there on the top of your page. Even the admin section, the dashboard looks bad, and there’s something messing up with the line height.

    If you want to dismiss that and only have the hamburger menu aligned you can add the following CSS:

    #toggle-nav i {
        line-height: 45px !important;
    }

    Best,
    Juan.
