Are there existing MO/PO files for default text in the the Flatbase Theme?

I’ve got Poedit to go through and add translations to my site. I even have the great Translation Suggestions feature, but something tells me that the default text for the Flatbase theme should already be translated a few hundred times over into various languages. I specifically need to find Spanish, Japanese and Chinese (traditional).
Do those MO/PO files exist somewhere already?

Hi,
Thank you for writing, I hope you are doing well.
The themes comes with the catalog and unfortunately there are no translations included in the package so far. We give the chance for users to translate their sites but we don’t include the translations.
