Hi
I have created article sub-category. But they are not displayed correctly on the KB page. eg.
Parent1 Category (0)
Sub-Category (4)
Article 1
Article 2Can I have a way in which all parent categories are displayed on the main page & when I click any parent category then KB page is shown for all of its sub-categories? eg
check https://help.evernote.com/hc/en-us/categories/10681-Using-Evernote
Thanks

Thank you for writing. I hope you are doing well.
Would you please replace the file /flatbase/includes/functions.php with this new one?
Best,
Juan.lajpat January 30, 2019 at 12:07 pmHi Juan
I am fine thank you. Hope you too are doing good.
I tried the code you gave and it didn’t work. Let me explain exactly with example what I am looking for. Visit https://support.clipicious.com/
We have kept Number of Articles to show as 1. Our structure is as follows:
Video Tutorials (Parent Article Category) having 0 articles in it.
-> Get to know Clipicious (Sub Article Category) having 5 articles in it.
-> Clipicious Features (Sub Article Category) having 0 articles in it.What we want is:
1) We want to show all Parent Article Categories in the form as shown here https://help.trello.com/ (card view). ie only parent category is seen and no articles ie articles to show should be 0.
2) But we also want that the article count shown across Parent Article Categories should be addition of all articles within Parent+Sub-Categories.
3) https://support.clipicious.com/article/question-answer/ In the side panel you will see Help Topics section. That section will show list of all article categories. The list can get long if we create many categories. What we want is an accordian to open/collapse a parent article category. Check http://preview.themeforest.net/item/lore-elegant-knowledge-base-wordpress-theme/full_screen_preview/16965024Current Issue:
1) On the home page, all Sub Article Categories & its articles is seen under Parent Article Category. Sub Article Category should not be seen in the first place.
2) Parent Article Category shows 0 count which doesnt look good
3) We do not want to show any articles under Parent Article Category on home page. We want it like Trello mentioned above.
4) There is no accordian in the side panel article list view. Thanks I hope you can solve this issue and your theme is then perfect. If you want I can give you access to look around and help us.

Is it possible for you to provide with the requirement? I am willing to pay extra for it else I will have to buy a new theme which I do not want to do.
Thanks
LajpatJuanfra Aldasoro February 4, 2019 at 2:09 pmHi Lajpat,
Thank you for the follow-up. I hope you’re doing well.
Unfortunately, that’s not possible with the theme options as they are right now. It differs from the default features and you could only achieve that by customizing the theme via child theme.
We don’t take customizations, but perhaps you can find a skilled contractor over sites like http://codeable.io to get this job done.

Unfortunately flatbase no more meets our requirements. Anyway thanks for your help all along.
The theme was really easy to use but few things weren’t to our needs.
Wish you best.
Thanks

Juan.lajpat February 6, 2019 at 5:22 pmHi Juan
I purchased another theme as it had everything in it which we needed. Plus it had more customization options in it.
Check https://support.clipicious.com/
But I really appreciate your help all along.
Thanks
