Backend Editor Stop Working

    I’m not sure what happened, but logging into my site and editing the page ‘blog’, the accordion section only shows the shortcodes rather than the actual accordions.

    I’ve also noticed that the permalinks are all dropping the %category%

    Hello,

    Thank you for writing.

    It seems that you were using a plugin that has a shortcode/page builder element named vc_tta_accordion (not included with our theme). It is quite likely that you disabled it or erased it.

    I just completely rebuilt it and the posts do not load unless I click the pagination page2 and then back to page1.

    The steps I followed to create the accordion:
    Add ‘Row’
    Add ‘Accordion’
    Add ‘Section’
    Add ‘Posts’
    Built the query

    Thank you for the follow-up.

    Perhaps the reason is that the element uses the categories ID and with the migration, the categories in the new site have different IDs? Did you use a site cloner to do the migration or how did you do it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the follow-up.

    I can see you are using a shortcode of an accordion that is not the one we provide in our tailored version of the builder (which is drag and drop). Is there any way I can see the page on the previous site? It seems that the problem is in the way you are building the parameters of the “Posts” element for each accordion section, and not with the accordion.

    Is there any way I can have access to see how the same page is configured on the previous site? As I mentioned before, everything seems to be pointing to a migration issue.

    You mentioned that the problem started once you migrated from staging to production. What I am asking is if you could give me access to both staging and production to see the differences.

    Also, I am trying to log in to this site https://new.1099-etc.com/ and the credentials you share are no longer working.
