Can't find WXR (.xml) file

I am trying to find the .XML file (WordPress eXtended RSS (WXR) file) to import and can’t find it anyway. Any thoughts?

Thank you for writing. You have a link on this same page to the XML Demo Content page. In which you can download the file. Look in the right column, below the “Search the forums” input.
